BY RICHARD MARSH & KATIE BONNA
A special, one-off, reading of this ‘classic’ theatrical heart warmer. Two hopeful, hapless romantics get drunk, get it on and then get the hell away from each other.
In her eyes, he’s a mistake. A mistake who keeps turning up at parties. In his eyes, she’s perfect. He’s short-sighted.
This achingly funny romantic catastrophe fuses poetry and prose to ask: can a one night stand last a lifetime?
A very human tale of good intentions and bad timing.
Dirty Great Love Story won all sorts of awards and a lot of people’s hearts back in 2012. Katie and Richard take it back where it began with a bare-bones reading of what they wrote when they were a bit younger.
Content Warning: Some tasteful swearing and sexual content.
