BY HELEN BAUER & SIKISA

Helen is basic, well basic-plus because she is self-aware with it.  Last year’s Best Newcomer nominee returns with an hour about self-confidence, self-esteem and self-care. It’s the year of ‘self’. Taking care of yourself has never been more ‘in’. Inspirational quotes and facemasks are a big industry and, like all her friends, Helen is trying to ‘be the change she wants to see’. From ITV2, BBC Three, Comedy Central and Radio 4.

From South London, Barbadian citizen Sikisa presents her work in progress and rates herself a 7 out of 10. Always doing the right thing, Sikisa is fed up being a good girl – she wants to be bad and cause trouble. Sikisa explores the brutal but funny truth about her life and herself as she remembers an epic house party. The real question is, are you also a seven? As featured on BBC 3, BBC Radio 4, ITV, Dave, Comedy Central and E4.
